Why Development - an adventure?
Development of people, groups and organizations is at the heart of what we do. Because essentially, our work is all about development – developing organizations and developing the potential of the people who work in these organizations.
Much of our understanding of development has been drawn from Rudolf Steiner's anthroposophy and Ken Wilber's integral approach. They have had a direct and highly practical influence on our consulting and training services.
