We are celebrating 30 years of Trigon consultancy in development and
started the anniversary year with our symposium attended by many
prominent and high-calibre personalities. With the title “dealing with
conflict areas” we were picking up latest organizational and
entrepreneurial issues and therefore we had assembled a colourful
Common issues that concern personnel manager are organizational culture,
strategy development or structural formation. Those and other topics
were part of Mario Weiss’ speech at the one-day seminar, organized by the Human Resources Business Club (HRBC).
On the 10th
of November 2014 the Open Forum „Innovatives Wien 2020“ (Innovative Vienna)
took place. The Trigon consultants Ingrid Preissegger, Brigitte Huemer, Ida
Stögerer and Gerald Hackl accompanied this event for half a day and encouraged
the audience to participate in the creation of new strategies concerning
research, technology and innovation and moreover to establish a new strategic
vision for the city Vienna.
This year the Sokrates-Award for Mediation was given to the Austrian corporate consultant and mediator Prof. Dr. Dr. hc. Friedrich Glasl for his lifetime achievement.
For the third
time, a SPAR group wide employee survey was operated by Trigon. With more than
30,000 participants from five countries, this was the largest employee survey
in the history of the group.

Ten steps to implement an Expert Career Model
The book „Mut zur Konfliktlösung - Praxisfälle der Organisationsmediation“, was published in January 2014 and is available now in every bookstore. Experienced mediators describe their work based on 19 different cases of organizational mediation by referring to the conflict situation, process of mediation and reflection of their approaches. The book may be of greatest interest for mediators and leaders.
Martina Scheinecker and Johannes Narbeshuber have done a web-based survey on this topic - now the findings are available. We would like to thank the participants from 100 enterprises!

The competence center for surveys at Trigon Entwicklungsberatung is under a new
leadership since April 1st, 2013. After 10 years of work in that
business Johannes Narbeshuber is handing over the tasks to Nina Weiss and
Trigon consultant Mario Weiss accompanied
the Infineon AG successfully in developing a culture of innovation. With this
project, Infineon received the Jury Prize for Innovation and was nominated for
the National Award for corporate quality.
In recognition of his accomplishments, Prof. Fritz Glasl, who is one of the founders of Trigon, was awarded the Honorary Doctorate from the University of Tibilisi. Congratulations!
