Born in 1972 in Villach, Kärnten, studied economics at Vienna University for Economics & Business Administration, academic education in coaching and organizational development (Sigmund Freud Privatuniversität & ARGE Bildungsmanagement), several post graduate qualifications in systemic organizational development, consulting and coaching. Many years of experience as a leader and top manager in a VUKA-like environment, capital market expert.

Since 2016 consultant, coach, trainer and moderator, since 2019 in cooperation with Trigon Entwicklungsberatung, since 2020 partner of Trigon Entwicklungsberatung, Vienna.

Erika lives in Vienna, she loves the carinthian lakes as well as music. She volunteers for SozialMarie – a price for social innovation in Austria and stands up for better financial education.
