Sabine Matschedolnig supports managers and their employees in using change as an opportunity for personal and corporate growth, thereby strengthening the future viability of companies. Her career to date has taken her through various management positions in an international environment, where she designed strategic and cultural transformation processes, took operational responsibility for them and experienced the associated dynamics at first hand.
With this valuable experience and her sound methodological knowledge from coaching and consulting, she now supports client systems in a practical and holistic way, with organizational and market reality, as well as empathy and creativity.

Born 1978 in Steyr, grown up in Weyer (Upper Austria)

Studied and graduated from Commerce at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and at the ESSCA Angers (France) with a focus on corporate management

Training and further education: systemic business coaching at Trigon Academy, with specialization in the hypnosystemic approach (Dr. Gunther Schmidt); in organizational development at the University for Continuing Education in Krems on ‘Agile Organizations and Collective Leadership’

20 years of practical experience in building and leading international teams as well as in sales and business development in international companies (ÖBB and Mondi); including seven years of responsibility for the design and subsequent implementation of a strategic and cultural transformation in international sales, both as a team lead and then as part of the management team

Since 2024 independent organizational consultant and systemic business coach in cooperation with Trigon and since October 2024 Senior Consultant at Trigon Entwicklungsberatung Wien

Certifications: coach certified according to ISO 17024 and IOBC (International Organization for Business Coaching)

Sabine Matschedolnig lives in Vienna with her partner and two sons. In her free time, you can find her in her garden, on the mountain or in a rowing boat.
